Privacy Policy

The present Privacy Policy describes how we process your personal data (e.g., how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your personal data). Besides, we provide information about your, being the data subject, rights. Projectum UAB is the data controller and bears responsibility for your personal data collection, use, disclosure, storage, and protection according to the General Data Protection Regulation, internal policy and rules, and applicable national legal acts.

We process the following categories of your personal data:

• Corporate data – company name, type, etc.
• Contact details – electronic mail, phone number, address, etc.

How do we receive your data?

We receive information about you from the following sources:

• from your registration application completed on our websites;
• from communication with you over the phone, by email;
• from our internal databases;
• from inquiries to different external databases (as specified below).

For how long do we store your data?

We have the right and legal duty to collect all the data provided by you to us. We collect your information, the data of which we store for maximum 2 years after the last active action by you in the system. When we store data for a specific purpose, the period of data storage is specified next to the specific purpose in the chapter describing our use of your data. Upon your consent, we can agree on any different term of storage.

Whom do we disclose your data?

We disclose your data to the extent required, and in the form needed for achievement of goals named in the present Privacy Policy. Data are disclosed exclusively to those partners with whom we have agreements protecting your rights and freedoms regarding your personal data protection signed. In some cases we have the right duty to disclose your data to governmental institutions (e.g., investigation bodies, tax administrators, State Data Protection Inspectorate, the Bank of Lithuania), however observing the legal obligations established.

Where do we process your data?

To be able to carry out our activity, we have to process your personal data on the terms and conditions established in this Privacy Policy. We process your personal data in the EU and other countries. If our service providers process your personal data in the countries that fail to ensure adequate protection of your rights, we will consider all the circumstances with due diligence and exert appropriate measures to prevent infringement of your rights to proper personal data processing. We will ensure you have the possibility to exercise your rights and effective remedies.

How do we use your data?

• We process your personal data considering the requirements established in legal acts, as defined in the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data, Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, and other applicable legal acts.
• We process your personal data following legitimate interests. Legitimate interests are thoroughly considered interests of our company, needed in our activity, implementation of information and system security (software preventing data loss, protection against malicious programs, network security). To ensure compliance of our interests with your interests, we assess necessity of every processing operation based on legitimate interest.
• Following our legitimate interest, we process your personal data for the following purposes: to make offers of our products and services that suit your needs best.
• If you want to refuse receiving our direct marketing notices, at any time inform use by specified contacts that you are unwilling to have your contact details used for direct marketing.
• In any event, we will consider your interests and rights provided by data protection legislation, when we process your personal data in our legitimate interest. Your privacy rights are always secured by protection measures and coordinated with our rights and freedoms. Please note that we can continue processing if following consideration of our legitimate interest it is found compatible with your rights and freedoms. If you expressed objection is reasoned, we can stop your data processing for the specified reasons.
• From time to time, we can collect and process your data with your consent. Your consent is free and needed for carrying out related processing operations for the purposes concerned.

• Your requests will be examined within one month.
• You have the right at any time to access your personal data, purposes of their processing, categories, sources, recipients, storage period and rights, including the right to receive a copy of your personal data being processed.
• You have the right to portability of your data processed by us with your consent and processed automatically. We will provide you with the data in a machine-readable Excel document for you to be able to store and disclose them to other service providers. You can also contact us with the request to provide your personal data to the other data controller, however, we can do so only if data transfer is technically feasible.
• We update your personal data by requesting your from time to time to review your data and when required by legal acts. However, should you notice that any data we have about you are incorrect, you can request to correct inaccurate data or to supplement incomplete data. You can correct or supplement your personal data on self-service website or by contacting us and providing us with correct or additional data. If accuracy of your personal data is questionable, at your request, processing of your data can be restricted for the period, during which we could check accuracy of the data.
• You have the right to restrict your data processing. It means that we will store your data without using them. You can also request us for deletion of your personal data but only in one of the following cases stipulated by legal acts:
• Your data are no longer needed for achievement of the goals they were collected for or otherwise processed; and you revoked your consent in case your data are processed with your consent and there is no other legal ground for data processing;
  • you object data processing based on our legitimate interest. We will restrict data processing until your interests are confirmed; Should the primacy of your rights be established, we will delete your data at your request;
  • Personal data must be deleted according to the requirements established by legal acts; and When data processing is unlawful, you can request for restriction of processing or deletion of the data. Without a ground, we will not delete or restrict your data processing.

You have the right to disagree with the decision based solely on automatic processing of your personal data, including profiling.
You have the right to contact us at any time, if you believe we infringed your rights established in the data protection law.
